Our Mission is to provide services for people experiencing mental ill health, offering work, training and support which promotes personal development and opportunities for progression towards employment.
BITA Pathways provides a range of support services which are designed to assist adults experiencing mental ill health in progressing towards open employment and community integration. The objective is to promote personal growth and independence, with the focus on skills development.
All these activities are undertaken in two sets of locations, the larger and main site situated in Digbeth an industrial area of the city and the second in a residential area of Saltley. The Digbeth premises are centrally located and easily accessible by public transport for people from all sides of the city. The premises occupy two floors of an independent building and while it provides disabled access to the ground floor only, the Saltley premises are ground floor only and fully accessible.
