This social enterprise offers on-the-job training and work experience, allowing individuals to develop their confidence and skills as they embark on a pathway towards employment, specifically within the soft furnishings industry.
The pathway begins with a taster group to identify if the service user enjoys this discipline. The progression from the taster is onto a 12-week soft furnishings course. Upon completion of this the learner will engage with a skills progression programme to learn industry specific techniques, with the long term goal of equipping them with the skill set to meet industry standards and subsequently gain employment.
