BITA Pathways has two main operating centres both dedicated to providing high quality work opportunities for people experiencing mental ill health.

In addition to their therapeutic and training objectives, each aims to generate an operating surplus which will be re-invested into improving and enhancing the opportunities it offers to service users.

Both operating units are run to the highest operational and health & safety standards and aim to compete effectively in the mainstream markets in which they operate.

The Digbeth production centre carries out a wide range of light industrial activities, including packing, assembly and light production. This purpose-designed workshop area is a busy industrial, team-based environment designed around five core streams of activity.

Textiles by St Annes is our branded textiles range. The production unit is based at our Saltley site where we produce soft furnishings for homes and commercial premises and have a specialised customising area for branding promotional clothing and work wear.

Our commercial products and services of BITA Pathways fall into three main categories. Each is featured in more detail in its own dedicated section, and in summary includes the following activities

• Hand made food, craft & textile products which are sold through a range of outlets.
• Sub contract industrial operations such as light assembly & mail room services.
• Textiles by St Annes - Soft furnishings & customised clothing for businesses and consumers.
