Information, Advice and Guidance is available from several sources within BITA Pathways. The advice and guidance is delivered under contract to the Birmingham & Solihull Connexions Service through their Nextsteps programme. The advice and guidance conforms to the standards set by the MATRIX accreditation.

Our achievement of this award gives our workers access to a range of resources to assist their clients. BITA Pathways’ MATRIX award was recently renewed for the third time in March 2007.

All BITA Pathways Vocational Guidance workers possess a relevant qualification, an NVQ in Advice & Guidance at Level 3 or 4.
